The 30th Additional City Civil and Sessions Court Judge Madhu NR ordered the case filed by Kannada Sahitya Parishad (KSP), Bangalore.

Meanwhile, the court directed the KSP to give public advertisement that they had filed the case on behalf of Kannadigas on behalf of Kannadigas.
The case has been filed in connection with the controversial statement of Shri Haasan during the onset of his film on April 24. “Thug Life” In Chennai, in which the actor claimed that “Kannada was born from Tamil”.
“The reason for the actor’s statement that people have immense pain and suffering is clearly and objectively untrue, and it has been made with a sense of confusion, superiority and ego”.
